September 2010 Decadent Vapours Cinnamint 18mg
Today I’m vaping on the Mega Tornado and LR 510 atomizer.
Appearance/Aroma: Dark rich amber color, medium in opacity. It’s very similar to dark ale in appearance, minus the bubbles of course. Very strange, for a liquid named “Cinnamint”, I’m not picking up much of a scent to this liquid. There’s a little bit of a sweet scent to this, but no overpowering aroma when I remove the top on the dropper bottle.
Flavor: Surprisingly, as the aroma gave me the impression this was going to be a weak vape, the flavor is quite strong. The cinnamon was very similar to those atomic fireball candies, not as intense, but a similar flavor. The fresh mint flavor compliments it quite nicely, I can taste it but it’s more of a background flavor. After exhaling the cinnamon flavor remained; however, the mint lingered a little longer and left behind a cool refreshing feeling. The flavor brought back fond memories of pledging my college fraternity. Our fraternity’s colors were red and black. We would always have to carry, and produce at any of the brothers’ request, Big Red chewing gum while on campus.
Throat hit: Cinnamint packs quite a wallop as far as throat hit goes. Not only the heat of cinnamon, but also the coolness of fresh mint come into play here. They go together quite nicely. I thought it was impressive not only on the inhale, but also on the exhale and for a good few seconds afterwards.
Vapor production: I’d say more than satisfying is the best way to describe it in terms of vapor production. It’s neither overstated nor disappointing, there is enough to keep me quite happy.
Decadent Vapours Cinnamint has a different kind of effect as far as throat hit goes, not peppery or menthol; the heat of cinnamon in this flavor is a refreshing alternative. It’s a flavor I would enjoy to revisiting.
